 Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for daily teaching work in the kindergarten, proficient in English and able to use English for teaching.

2. Based on the age characteristics and individual differences of the children in this class, develop educational goals and plans, organize their implementation, make observation records, and become familiar with teaching and research work.

3. Create a good material and spiritual environment for young children, and leverage the role of environmental education.

4. Good teamwork, good at communication, able to communicate with children and parents;

5. Discuss with parents about educational measures that are suitable for the characteristics of young children and work together to complete educational work;

6. Participate in business learning and early childhood education research activities.

2、 Job requirements

1. Has a scientific view of education and children, loves preschool education, has good character, and has strong innovation, dedication, and teamwork spirit.

2. Teachers with a bachelor's degree or above in early childhood education or related majors will be given priority consideration if they have personal strengths or have been awarded honorary titles.

3. Under the age of 35, individuals with special talents should be considered at their discretion.

4. Must hold the following qualification certificates:

A、  Kindergarten Teacher Qualification Certificate

B、  Mandarin Proficiency Certificate (Level 2A or above)

C、  machine certificate

D、  English proficiency certificate
